      Troubles sleeping.

      Hi, first post .

I'v "learned" LD, and I'v had a few already. The trouble is that my body want to WILD me every time I'm trying to sleep. Once it resulted in a lucid dream . Some of you may think I'm lucky to WILD without even thinking about it, but in 99% of the cases i just find myself totaly awake in my bed. With troubles getting to sleep. This process usually repeats itself a few times before i actually get to sleep.

Anyone having similar problems? Anyone know how to stop it from comming?

Any help at all is apreciated.
You do not know what reality is untill you reached lucidity.

I don't know why this should be happening, but one thing I would suggest is read the WILD tutorial and do the exact opposite. Just daydream a bit because WILDing takes concentration. Hope it helps.
