Hey guys, glad to find this incredible site and forum! I´ve been recalling dreams for 5 days now, and constantly (not sooo much for the last 2 days) questioning reality while awake, but im not even close to getting lucid in my dreams! Anyone have any tips on what i should focus on more? What reality check works the best for the most of you!? I keep trying to read things twice, keep asking myself if im awake , etc.. |

welcome to the forum! you're doin' awesome so far! just don't get discouraged. results often take time to take place, so keep at it! other than that you seem to be doing fine, just do what you do and you'll be getting lucid in no time. |

A dream journal isn't just good for lucidity, either- he dreamwork that I have done over the past few years has led to my dream alter-ego being more powerful and my dreams in general being more detailed and interesting (whether or not I am actually lucid). It's worth it just for that. |

The dream journal on here has a private entry function if there is a dream you really don't want to share. However, your first post must be public. After that, you can have all your dreams as private entries if you like. |

try to go back and make them last.'
Now, what's the point of using the privacy feature to post your online journal when you can keep your dreams private by writing them in a notebook or in a word processing program on your computer anyway? I think that's silly. |
