Seems your brain is trying to convince you you are not dreaming when you really are. At least that's what it sounds like ot me. It doesn't sound like a bad thing if you want to be a dream walker, just enjoy the dream and see what happens. If you want to control your dreams, then you have to convince yourself that it is a dream and that you are the architect of what happens.
