hi, im box and am here to try and dream ludidly. so, hello, Im new at this, just found the site on google and am um so, I might ask alot of questions and am making one of these dream journals here. I dont dream every night but I would like to, its nice to dream, unless its one like I had the otehr night where I was drowning... I hate dreams where I cannot breath

Keeping a dream journal as you say you are going to is a good step to improving your recall.

Ah... welcome to Box. Yeah, I can identify with you. I didn't really dream at all until I started lucid dreaming, now I can dream pretty much every night. A dream journal really should help a lot in creating awareness of your dreams. I can only recommend the WBTB method, that worked really well for me, especially when combining it with MILD.
