Thread: Few Questions Lol

1 - nightmares - i havent had one in over 15 years lol any specific reason?

2 - stress - does this have an effect on lucidity and if so how is it possible to relax when your life is really stressful

3 - dreams - i can rarly remember them nowadays dispite my best efforts, any tips?

1- somepeople just dont have them... its also possible u had them and dont remember
2- i dont know for sure and i doubt anyone has any scientific research on that- u might check the lucidity institute
3- keep a dream journal, just doing this will soon increase ur dream recall so u remember at least 1 every ngiht, prolly more

1- Yeah, a lot of people don't have nightmares that they remember. I haven't remembered one in several years...
2- Yes, stress has a MAJOR effect on dreams. There's a few ways to get rid of stress, but I'm no expert on them. Just google 'stress relief techniques'.
3- Dream Journals are a major help. Just write down anything you remember-even if it's just a color or a smell. After a while your recall will improve.

I recomend a dream journal, so you can recognise dream signs (sorry if anyone already said this, im kinda in a hurry)
