      Hey everyone I'm a newbie to this forum and new to the concept of lucid dreaming, although just reading about it last night must have triggered something because in the dream I realised I was dreaming, unforunately immediatly after that I woke up but I wrote it down.

      I just wanted to say Hi as I just joined today!

      Hi and welcome to the board. Congratulations on your first lucid dream. Why don't you hop on over to the tutorials section for more information on how to initiate lucid dreams?
      also, keep writing your dreams down.
