A Question About Wild

Say i was going to attempt a WILD, at night time.
Is it required that i get 5-6 hours sleep and wake up to try my WILD.
Or could I just go to bed and try it straight away ?

I'm pretty sure WILD induction techniques have potential to work at any time of day, but they tend to work better after 5-6 hours of sleep because at that point your REM periods are longer and closer together, which makes it easier.

Yeah, it is better to start a WILD after you Wake up in the middle of the night because;

1) You would have finished a lot of N-REM sleeping, so you can enter the REM state very quickly and easily compared to when you hadn't had any N-REM sleep.

2) You will feel more relaxed (except after a nightmare

), and it will be easier to concentrate and keep your mind awake.
