I think get it... I was confused because in the "The Five Phases of WILD" tutorial, waking up for some time and then going back to sleep (right in a dream) was included and that sounded exactly like WBTB to me...SO, if i understood right, it means that WILD is not necessarilly done after waking up for a few hours and after WBTB, you can try WILD? I hope i got this right... |

Well, "WILD" isn't a technique but nonetheless people usually use that abbreviation to imply the Hypnagogic Imagery Technique, which is the standard and original technique for achieving a WILD. |
