      welcome to the forums. i hope you find this site helpful. badassbob already posted the tutorials link so i guess i won't.

      anyway, i joined this site a little less than 2 weeks ago (without having any knowledge of lucid dreaming or if it even existed) and i had my first LD yesterday. tis a great site.
