Hey all you dreamers. A little about myself..

My name is Danny, I'm 21 year old male in Australia. I have recently become very interested in my dreams and lucid dreaming and am interested in building my knowledge with other like minded people. Look forward to discussing dreams with you all

      Peace

      Hello from across the ditch!
I'm 21 and in New Zealand

I have had "night terrors" (as my mum would call them) ever since I was child, and still have regular nightmares to this day. Hoping that obtaining a little bit of control and stability when I sleep will help me move past this

You're having some pretty consistant nightmare it seems. Lucid Dreaming will give you a wonderful opportunity to take your dream destiny into your own hands but it all depends on you. Sometimes exposure's to certain things in life can trigger your "night terrors" as well. You may want to step back
and check and see if there some negative things in play during your daily life. Check your stress level as well and if you're a worrier you may want to monitor how much you worry about things. Otherwise than that take a look around this place you will get a lot of helpful information and those Dream Guides and Moderators are an excellent bunch.

Shoot for the moon, even if you miss it you will land among the stars.
