hey, well i have that smae problem


what i ahve figured out that works is to use zinc. I take abotu 60 mg. It doesn't seem to matter when i take them in the day, but it is the only way that i cna remember my dreams.


iv tried mroe than 60 mg, but it didnt seem to make a difference. whenever i take zinc, i always remember my dreams. always.


i usually remember 1 to 3 a night wiht it. Let me knwo if it works. also, some autosuggestion wehn your goign to sleep, either you saying to yourself or a cd that syas something along the lines of"i will remember my dreams"

EDIT: i jsut sa the no drugs thing. well, zinc isant really a drug, its an essential vitamin that your body nees. if you don't want to take a bottled supplement, i would suggest looking up some common foo that are high in zinc.
