i posted a topic earlier cause no matter what i was doing i couldnt remember my dreams... as if i never had any
then someone replied maybe im thinking about it too much, and i should just try to not think about it..
i tried that and it worked ^^
ive remember 5 dreams the past 2 days
      thanks so much guys
      so helpful

      but i got a question
ok, i got the dream thing down but im wondering, on most of the dreams i recalled, it was something DEFINITELY out of the ordinary, for example, i was playing tag with animals, and i was at my cuosins house who are 7000 miles away
yet i couldnt tell i was dreaming
is there a way to know for sure your dreamin? i do reality checks daily, i just think to myself am i dreaming, but on all 5 dreams, i didnt even think about it, and still couldnt realize it was a dream..
i meant it was pretty obvious...
o and wats FA? i heard people saying their dreams are FA

Well, that part is a little more difficult. Remember, your sub-conscious is in control during a normal dream. The trick is to make your conscious mind become active while you are still asleep. For me, one of the best ways to do this is by using the MILD technique, especially after doing a WBTB. While lying in bed trying to return to sleep, I'll repeat to myself "The next thing I experience will be a dream" or, "I will realize that I am dreaming."

That stands for "False Awakening". It's when you think you have woken up, usually in your own bed, but you really are still asleep and just dreaming that you've woken up. Sometimes you can have multiple FAs, one after another. FAs can be an excellent chance to become lucid, if you can get in the habit of doing a reality check every time you wake up.

Don't give up hope because you haven't become lucid yet... I mean, I have the most obscure dreams and I've only become lucid once. It usually takes a while.

Great job with the dream recall though.
