Ok, so ive been out of my body twice now while trying. What usually happens is I roll out of my body after all the buzzing, loud noises etc. So I roll out, then it turns into a regular dream or false awakening. I lose all of my senses, and I cant think like a lucid dream anymore. So what should I do to avoid this tonight? Im gonna try a method that I hear works good, where you go to sleep, then wake up 6 hours later and stay awake for like 30 mins to a hour then go back to sleep and know im gonna lucid dream. Any advice? Thanks

I recommend that as soon as you hear the buzz's and vibrations to repeat to yourself I am dreaming, that way when you get into the normal dream you will be lucid.
