      Hello guys,

      after a break of over 6 months i think i'll take up LDing again cez i realy want to master it. For starters i will read Laberge's book again to get my mind on LDing en RCing again. After a week or 3 i'll start a dream journal again cez i'll be focusing on RCs firts. And this week i'm on a hollyday in poland so i won't be very focused on RC's and LDs.

      I realy loved my previous experiences and i realy want to get better at this. I have i few things why I want to master LDing. I want to try and train capoeira (who never heard about capoeira message me and i'll tell you all about it ;o) i don't realy belive i can get better training in an LD but i shure whant to give it a try. But most of aal i want to explore my inner self. There is a lot of shit i can do, understand and feel that. Maybe i can get better at those things and maybe understand were it comes from.

      Welcome back, Espada! Rereading LaBerge's book is a good idea, and started a dream journal is a GREAT idea - but don't wait a week or 3 - do it NOW. Seriously - no time better than the present, eh?

      Ok my flight to Poland got canceld so i&#39;m stuck here for an other 2 weeks and then i&#39;ll try again.

      the reason i&#39;m gona wait is cez teching myself new patorns (like RCing, ang writing down dreams and stuff like that) takes a lot of time with my brain. So i got to start 1 step at a time. But i know, i&#39;m making exuces so i&#39;l d my best.

      My avatar is a paining (belive it or not) by Alex Grey. One of my favorite artists. He did the art work for the last 2 TOOL albums. If you guys don&#39;t knwo TOOL then you need to start listening to it cez its the best.

      That&#39;s a shame.

      I love Poland.

      Anyway, I wish you good luck on your lucid dreaming quest. I too had to stop trying lucid dreaming after school had started but now I am trying again like you.
