Hey, im just a new guy here thats had lucid dreams in the past, but never really wondered about how to get them. Like, usually i would just start up in a dream and just KNOW that its a dream, i never had to find out. But anyways. Im getting confused with all these abbreviations because ive been reading alot of topics and stuff, what do they all stand for, like MILD, and WILD etc..?

Im not an expert yet. But I would try to follow the rules and methods slowly and easy. Might not work well the 1st time or it might for you. Like the Intro said were all diffrent.

yeah, im not good at following directions, I just forget stuff in my dreams and follow along, rarely do I realize it. Only when I need to think about something in my dream is when I realize its a dream..

Read this, its the best thing ive read here so far.

I don't really have them down either. I know what WILD, FILD, and some other ones are, but for some reason I always forget what MILD is. The tutorials really help though.

The acronym list should really be extended and someplace more visible.

Are you having a holy moment?

Hey, welcome to the forum. If you want to read the source of those techniques (Especially MILD) pick up Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge. If you have any direct questions feel free to ask.

I need to edit those old tutorials I did, riddled with little mistakes.
