      False Awakening

      I have not tried to lucid dream for over a year now. This afternoon while napping I had a lucid dream. I was even able to control the dream for a short time before I woke up to another dream. I have never kept a dream journal. What do I need to do to try and enhance this skill.

      First of all I like to Welcome you Ralphy711 to Dream Views

      And one good thing to do is take a look at the Dream Control section and Attaining Lucidity Sections this should get you on your way. You will find it will all come a little easier to you than the average person who has never had an LD before, because your mind is already kinda focused on this type of dreaming to an extent.
