yeh setting an alarm, from approximately 90 minute intervals from wen u go to sleep is what some people do, for example if you went to bed at 9:00 and falls asleep around 15 minutes later then set ur alarm for 3:15 and you could by chance wake up during a dream or just after. someone might have to double chek what i just said cos im not 100% sure thats what u do.
but yeah keep up the journal and maybe you will ld.
