hey every one, ive been a natural W.I..L.Der all my life to a degree. they always scard the hell out of me becuse i would enter S.P. and then the wild would induce its self.. i never knew what it was, i though there was something wrong with me, i always fought the wilds and the s.p effects with all my might, some times "shaking" out of it and then having it happen to me multiple times a night befor i fell asleep. thats how i came across this site ( trying to find out if i would be paralized forever in my sleep). reading this site i learned about lucid dreaming and i learned that i must be a natural w.i.l.d er. well since then ive had about 4 sparatic lucid dreams in the last 7 months or so. but the thing is i NEVER had any more W.I.L.D and SP experiences since i learned what lucid dreaming was and what a wild is. well.. execpt for my last lucid dream where i was in my college dorm room and all of a suden for the first time in a loong time i had a wild and for the first time i went lucid by wilding, but it was vary hazzy and all i could do was float barly befor waking up. so my question is if i always naturaly could wild but never went through with it from fear and the unkown then why know with my lucid knowledge do i never have any more wilds?? i read the tutorals and what they did to wild, ive never had to do. even the part about waking up 6 hours and then then going back to sleep. just trying to sleep was always enough. any adivse on how to bring back my old enemy and new friend the w.i.l.d????

ohh by the way my W.I.L.ds where always vary strong in the ways of motion. making me feel like i was on a rolorcoster or a carnivill ride. and its always acompanyed by a long or soft noise in my ears like a strong wind

Maybe now you know what it is, and you know there are techniques for it, somehow your brain has cancelled it out? I know i'd had lucid dreams before i joined this site, but since i've been here, it's more difficult to have them, maybe because i started taking them for granted.

Maybe it's a case of not thinking about it so much, and just go back to accepting that you could do this without realising it.
