I have been practicing LD and dream recall for about 2 weeks now. I also have been trying to RC during the day hoping this will help my do it during dreaming. My dream recall is getting better and I have already had 1 LD and a kind of semi LD.

During my dreams I have begun to RC which is great but even if I check and it shows that im dreaming I find myself ignoring the RC's like last night for example I had a false awakening and I checked the time which was 9.43am then I checked again and it was around 2.00 am but I just carried on as normal as if I just miss read the time. I relised when I woke up and it was infact 7.40am and that I had been dreaming all along. Dam its annoying ha ha this has happened a few times now.

Does anyone know if there is a way to stop myself just accepting everything I see as real?
