Given your age, I'm confident that you're mature enough to take supplements responsibly. If you're looking for supplements which may also help with lucid dreaming (outside of vitamins), I would do a search for supplements which increase acetylcholine levels - you could even try a search here on DV. As we get older there are certain chemicals in our bodies which help with memory (and with memory comes lucid dreaming) whose levels drop off. Our younger members don't really need to worry about this untill they're in their late 20's to 30's.
