      Thumbs up

hey guys! I had this dream after checking out your website. Here it is from my dream journal:

The Dream: I start the dream by being on a rooftop on about the 3rd floor looking down at a street. Their were two about 30 ft. giants in the street and they where basically causing mayhem. I then look down at my hands and realize that I am dreaming and I can control it. I start relaxing and going along with the dream to become in control. At this point, one of the giants tell me that they can give me the power to be in control.

Ok, it might seem regular, but the wierd thing i noticed was when i looked down at my hands, they seemed blurry, like I had water in my eyes or something. What's up with that? Thanx!

Hands can often be a good wat to check if you're dreaming. Mine are often like that in dreams, so maybe if you integrate your hands into your reality checks every now and then?

Sorry Guys didn't mean to leave you hanging on that one, but I honestly thought it was common.

In the dream state, whether lucid or not, external sensory perception is limited, while internal sensory perception is the primary experiential reality. If it were not so, our dreams would not seem so real. The realness and vividness of our dreams are likely to be due to the degree and intensity of neural activation, in comparison to external sensory perceptual input. If our external physical senses are decreased, then our internal perceptions such as mental imagery increase, thus causing a distortion due to mental conflictions, hence the name D.S.P. (Distorted Sensory Perception) Relatively speaking.
