this happened to me my first time i tried to WILD
i slept for about 4 hours then followed to instructions to WILD on this site i dont know how laing i was laying in my bed but all of a sudden i started to dream....i was in a white room sitting on a bench and there was a woman talking in the back ground....i wasnt paying attention to hat she was saying but i know that it was important
any way i started going through my memories and i stoped on a memory i couldent remember somthing and i tryed to remember it and my brain flipped out and i saw a bunch of colors and flashes ...like if some one were to pour water on the back of a computer or tv screen..after that my brain felt like it was moving every way at one time and i started to hyperventilate then i calmed my self down and i saw and felt nothing but i was still conscious and i layd in bed for a few minutes then woke like from a nightmare and my hands were tingling like they were just shocked
      is this normal??

MAny different things happen to different people. You didn't mess up. Sounds quite normal to me....Keep trying. Looks like you had success on some level, so I would be happy.

Consider yourself lucky. All of the times I have attempted to WILD, I got as far as having my dream body rise from my real body, but then I always wake up. I have no idea why this happens. Maybe I just get too exited , either way, good job w/ your WILD attempt.

Shame, that was heavy for your first WILD. Some remenants of HI I guess, I experience that kind of consciousness when playing around with WILD. Anyway, it is normal. It is also normal for you to freak out. In time, you will come to recognise those signs and associate them with comfort and dreaming; thus they will become pleasant instead of frightening.

Did you mess up? I don't know, how do YOU feel? Don't focus on the goal too much, focus on the experience. You only mess up if you didn't learn something new. I think you did a great job, especially for a first time.
