1.) Does it matter if your dream recall isn't that great when attempting a WILD?
2.) When I try to WILD I focus on my breathing. I sit on my back, arms to my side, and I breathe in through my nose. In my head I count "1", every inhale, and say "I am dreaming" on exhale. I find, however, that my mouth fills with salivia as I'm counting (even in my head), and then I'm forced to swallow, which I think ruins the progress. Does anyone else find that they continuosly have to swallow, and it ruins their focus? What should I change?
3.) Should you or shouldn't you:
a) Think about what you want to lucid dream about.
b) Expect and/or await to see HI.
c) Stay up for less than 30 min. before trying a WILD. Personally I find that it's easier to fall back to sleep, but most tutorials recommend staying up longer than 30 min. What should I look for in order to find an amount of time that fits me?
-Hopefully these questions will help others as well as myself. Please feel free to suggest what works best for you involving these topics. Thanks.
