lol @ the topic title, but it's true

I found this forum some time ago, when I was looking for more information about lucid dreaming

already had several low-lucidity dreams, but my main target is a successful WILD

well, lately I've been really stressed up, many htings happened, including my sis getting kidnapped and a small car accident (not lucky)
therefore my relaxation had been a problem during this period, and I ended up losing couscience when trying to wild

but now things are getting back to normal, and finally I could go further with wilding

matter is, when I get to the early stages of SP, I don't know why I can't go on.... I can stay focused and think about nothing, I've done all the things mentioned on several tutorials, but still all I get is a short feeling like I'm falling, and then it ends and I don't feel SP anymore

another thing I've noticed, I lose awareness of my hands pretty fast, and when I try to move them, I feel there's no bed holding it anymore, it's like I can move it through objects, but bah, that only happens to the hands

so please, if anyone has some hint with getting full sleep paralysis, please help me... GOTTA wild or I'll go crazy trying

EDIT: bah another thign I've noticed, on all my non-lucid dreams, there are moments when I feel I have a bit control over... for example, this night I dreamt I was entering a dark room, and I thought like "use your will, just make it" and suddenly the room was lit.... not only that, but tonight also, I dreamt I was in a videogame (hail rpg) and by my will, I accessed the menu LMAO - laugh at me if you wan tplease, but I'm 100% sure I did it counsciously

luv ya all, sorry for making you read all the background story

      Heya there Kromoh.

The best advice I can give: DON'T worry about trying to get SP when WILDing. You don't NEED it to WILD, and some people just don't get it very much, like me. SP is just a symptom of WILD, an optional 'indicator', it isn't a neccessary stage of WILD at all. Also if you DO get SP, don't try to move your hands or anything. The idea of WILD is to lie still.

Also, exercising some sort of dream control in non-lucids is entirely possible, and I find myself doing so frequently. You don't NEED to know you are dreaming to change stuff in the dream.

My best advice being that I've had maybe 2 or 3 WILDs, is not to force it. One thing that helps is raising your energy. The times that I did WILD I had raised my energy previously.

Usually when sitting there I always make myself feel like I'm sinking and sinking that way I relax quicker. After awhile I'd mix sinking and pushing out.

Now the way that I got myself to actually WILD was I kind of tricked myself that I was zoning out and kept myself awake at the same time. Really hard to explain but say I made a movie it would be like how a nightmare in a low budge hollywood movie would be. It has that spinning background and its just doing a pattern until you get in the dream. That is kind of how my WILDs are.

Its like boom...its there...nope...boom again...nope. (Constantly a sound or quick image)

It's really hard to put into words because I got so used to how my minds images and cues work that its hard to describe in word what happens and how I do it.

I've already tried to trick my mind into doing pre-sleep thoughts (those surreal thoughts you get lost into lol)

so it means I must know I'm counscious but my body can't.. evil mwahuahauahau

anyway luv you guys, ty for the help
