      Welcome.
      I mainly would like to know, if you have not much experience with Lucid Dreaming, why have you gone and taken ownership of the site?
      I mean my first guess would be all you want to do is make money from it.
      If nots the case then an extra Welcome.

      Seems kinda redundant to keep welcoming you but it feels really good be wanted and all that jazz. As long as there are no huge changes to the setup of the site and such, i think everything will run fine.. Not really thrilled to hear about the ads but I mean what can you do?

      Lots of ways to do this. The one I&#39;m most familiar with is changing from an "8 hours in a row" pattern to one with more rests during the day, but for much shorter periods. As always you can find a good overview at Wikipedia. I&#39;ve tried the Uberman sleep cycle a couple times. Right now I&#39;m taking 2 or 3 naps per day, with one longer sleep at night for a few hours at most. For years I got a regular one nap per day. Perhaps if there is enough interest I&#39;ll setup a special forum just for folks interested in this.

      I wouldn&#39;t mind the ads if they were, as you have said, not extremely intrusive and such. Perhaps disabling ads for members after an activity level of a set period of time (ie, 6 months), would be a more attractive prospect.

      Polyphasic sleep thats cool, I&#39;ve always wanted to try but I don&#39;t think it would work out, because I&#39;ve got school and all, you should definitly talk with Placebo he is into that stuff too, he has tried polyphasic sleep, he even has a blog about it I beleive, I&#39;m interested because of the vast amount of opertunitys to do DEILD in.

      As for ads, I don&#39;t mind one bit. I&#39;ve got a nifty little plugin for Firefox, Adblock Plus, that takes care of that for me. So, carry on, and good luck with all the technicalities.
