Aw, that must suck. I'm lucky that my snooze button is so small and hard to get to [I think my first alarm doesn't have one so I just make the rock music go mute], but I have the same issue with writing the dream when you remember it the the best, I just go back to sleep and wait for my second alarm to go off at 5:30 [so that I don't over sleep and can successfully do a WBTB]... I don't even record the dream then, I wait 'til about twelve hours later where I might have forgotten it.
Maybe you should just get another alarm [old fashioned one with the annoying bell] to go off ten minutes after the first one that you press snooze on, it might help you to stay awake long enough to convince yourself to write down your dreams, or learn to at least turn off one of your alarms ahead of time [that last one's not too helpful though...]
