Hello to everyone again. The reason I ask this is when I lay down at night I immediately begin to relax to the point where the onset of SP begins. I will also go through the first stages of SEM . Once this begins my breathing becomes eradic as well as my heart begins to race. I will sometimes see small HI but after that I just fall asleep. Is there anything that I might do differently to slip into the lucid dream??? Please let me know.
