Hey all, i was just wondering, I know its better to be well rested etc but does anybody know what happens if say you miss a nights sleep (difficult i know) and then the next day you can have like a 14+ hours sleep. Would this mean longer periods of REM or more time/chances to become Lucid while sleeping, more hours more time, i know it prob don't work like that, just something i am pondering. it could be cool to set up a day off and have a big long LD

Sorry if this has been asked before : )

      Peace & Love

If you miss a night of sleep, your brain will make up the REM you missed the next night. Whether this means more REM periods or just longer ones, I'm not sure. So yes, I guess you could do that for more chances to LD.
