How do you come to in your dream try to notice things to realize your dreaming? For me it's like I can't do anything to my dream. Well I guess you can say I havn't tried but it doesn't seem like something I could do.[/b]
I'd say the reality checks are your best friend there. I've had alot of success recently with the 'plug your nose and try to breathe through it' one. Honestly it's so easy to do that sometimes I don't even think to question I'm dreaming for any reason, but I decide to do it and 'omfg wtf i'm dreaming' and I get sort of scared that my reality has been shaken lol and i wake up.

Another thing with that (and I suppose any reality check) is that if you can get yourself into the habit of doing it anytime you wake up, anytime you have a false awakening, you should realise it. Just a thought. Happy Dreaming.
