Don't try WILDing for a start , it's just a hard technique to master, some can do it the first night they try but most can hardly ever do it. It just takes a lot of practise to do. I'd recommend that you do the WBTB method and then use a MILD.

Have you checked out the Tutorials by any chance?

I've seen some of them and read a few books here and there...read some articles on erinpavlina.com...some other random stuff. I just know I must be missing something huge and that it might take a while for everything to "click"--but, as soon as it does I'm sure it will always be with me; that's how I tend to learn things: by epiphany, conscious or subconscious.
