Everytime! They are usually mindblowing so there's no problem remembering them. But wait... I guess I wouldn't know if I'd forgotten

I've never had SP as such, or rather I've never noticed it, even when WILDing, I think its because I'm focussing on the imagry? But Serith is right - it suppose it would be scary if you didnt know what was going on.
