I've been having at least 2 dreams a night now, and I'm trying to do reality checks once in a while (in awake time), but I find it hard to think about because I know that if I'm awake, that I'm awake. In a dream however, I can't tell if I'm awake or dreaming (some dreams are so normal it's not even funny ). What can I do to convince myself that I might be dreaming? I also get very little HI when I'm sleeping, usually before I fall asleep it starts to feel like I'm sinking into my bed, and I see maybe a greenish colour kind of swirling in my eyes but sleep before anything happens. One last question, what is a good beginer technique for trying to LD? |
