IF you are one to recall three, four dreams per night there is know reason that it is not possible you could achieve Lucidity right now. |

My friend recently introduced me to the concept of lucid dreaming and I am very intrigued and would love to become involved with lucid dreaming I will start a dream journal, but my question is how long or how much recall should I have before I start trying to induce a lucid dream? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |

Make sure you have a good dream recall (@ least one dream a night) then you can start experimenting with the lucid dreaming induction methods (there are so many, the most popular are MILD and WILD). You can find some good info in the turtorials section on this forum. |

The dream is real, my friends. The failure to realize it is the only unreality.

WELCOME!!!! I would say it depends on the person, so try it for as long as you have to. When you feel its time to move on, you're probably right... |

I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...
