Of course you can control them. Though if your a beginner, you may not be able to control it well, or at all. Once you get better, you can control it easier. |

Ok so I'm really new at ldreaming, and I seem to get the general idea of it. What I don't really get, and can't find a tutorial for, is actually controlling your dream form and actions once you realize that you're in a dream. I've had dreams where I suddenly realize that I'm dreaming, (and manage to not wake up) but I still couldn't control the actions that my dream self was doing. |

Dream control is easy. You don't have to be athletic to do a backflip slam dunk. All you have to do is belive you can and then go for it |

That wasn't really what I meant. You see, in a lot of my dreams, its more like I'm just watching the dream go by, almost like watching a movie. While I still feel a part of the dream, I'm not really doing anything of my own free will. My dream form seems to simply act on its own, whether I'm lucid or not. What I'm trying to ask is, once I attain lucidity, how do I control my own actions within the dream, even if its just walking or jumping? |
