Yeah, there are a lot of things you can do, just go to the tutorials section of this forum or go the main page.

One thing you shold do is practice doing reality chacks whenever you see something wierd.

Thats always a good thing to do.

Better recall comes from practice. Keep you journal for a while and within 1-2 weeks you'll see drastic improvement.

Another technique I like to do when I'm in a dry period is to wake up earlier in the morning then you usually do. Then fall back asleep. This will help you recall at least one good dream.

      Look at tutorials.

      Buy this book:

      WELCOME!!!

Watch these movies: Waking life & Fight Club(the latter has nothing to do with LDing but its a must see!!! )
      If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...

Anyway, the movie VANILLA SKY is also related to Lucid Dreaming.

It really isn't...In my opinion they take the concept out of context just so they can give a term to explain what he was doing. I think they should have never mentioned anything.

It is a good movie, though the original spanish one "Abre los ojos" is much better in my opinion...
