Along w/ everything else that's already been said, when you wake up, DO NOT MOVE! Seriously, when you wake up just stay in whatever position you woke up in and try to remember your dreams. Even if you only remember fragments, write them down, b/c its still better than nothing and will hopefully help you in improving dream recall. Also, if you do wake up in the middle of the night and you remember a dream, write it down immediately. DO NOT wait until morning, b/c chances are that you'll forget it. |
