ok so for the past few nights ive been setting my intent to remember my dreams in the morning... because i have been having bad dream recall... so ive been trying for that and ive got nothing... then last night i set my intent to wake up after each dream i have... i figured id be able to remember them easier if i wake up right after, but i didnt wake up after any of them... then this morning when i woke up i remembered two dreams which is more than i have remembered in like a week... how did that work? is there any special trick to getting yourself to wake up after your dreams ? and im a heavy sleeper so could that make it more difficult for me to do that? any help would be appreciated
