Instead of trying to talk or anything like that, the second you become lucid stare at the ground, or anything in front of you. |

thanks, ill give it a shot, one more question, is there any chance it could have been like a dream about lucid dreaming? i dont even think it's possible, all i remmeber doing is constantly looking at my hands because i remmeber reading saying you should look at your hands cause they wont look right, but right when i realised it i faded away, it couldnt have somehow been a dream about lucid dreaming right? |

You might also try touching things (I mean really "feeling" them) to stabilize your dream. Get into how they feel.. are they hot, cold, smooth, rough, etc.. this often helps me remain in a dream longer. |
