Instead of trying to talk or anything like that, the second you become lucid stare at the ground, or anything in front of you.

Focus on its detail for a while.

This can potentially accomplish two things:

      A. Its a useful technique for increasing vividness/control and

      B. It helps many people stay in dreams before they fade away

Doing this may help you stay in the dream, and make you gain some control. give it a shot, and then try to rub your hands together. you should be able to then take control.
Lucid Dream Count: N/A (3-7 a week average)

      Current Goal(s): Master dream control/length, Master WILD'ing

Have no fear; For the power behind you is greater than any problem ahead of you.

thanks, ill give it a shot, one more question, is there any chance it could have been like a dream about lucid dreaming? i dont even think it's possible, all i remmeber doing is constantly looking at my hands because i remmeber reading saying you should look at your hands cause they wont look right, but right when i realised it i faded away, it couldnt have somehow been a dream about lucid dreaming right?

You might also try touching things (I mean really "feeling" them) to stabilize your dream. Get into how they feel.. are they hot, cold, smooth, rough, etc.. this often helps me remain in a dream longer.

Also it's entirely possible to "dream" about lucid dreaming.. that's why its recommended that you do a reality check (i.e., see if you can breath thru your plugged nose or put your finger thru your palm, etc.) to verify that you are indeed lucid.
