      a tibetan dreamer

      im reading a book by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche called "The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep" in it he mentions his mother. She was of the Bon religion. She had a guardian in her dreams and every morning she told the family her dream. the book goes into detail.

      Fantastic book. Dare I say more insightful and useful than Laberge's classic. Did you have a question? I have read the book a few times (Dream yoga portions only) and have been following some of the principles discussed.
