Thread: Talk during SP?

Basically from what I've read I understand that sleep paralyzation happens so that when you are dreaming your body won't act out what your dreaming.

So anyways the question is can you talk during sp? because if you can then would it mean that if you talk in your dream you're talking in your sleep?

When one speaks in a dream, they are not moving their real mouth. Just as if one is walking in a dream, they aren't using their real legs. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the question?

Some people talk in their sleep, but it's usually just a mumbling sound, I had a girlfriend who used to do that. But she only did it right before she was about to wake up, so I guess the SP was loosing it's grip on her anyway.

I think that a DV member once said that he could talk to someone while in a LD. So I guess talking in sp is possible.
