      wut am i doing wrong???

ok im pretty pissed because for about 3 or 4 weeks i've been doing rc's during my waking life so i can do them in my dreams but that never helps. before i go to sleep i always say to myself that "im going to do an rc" and i can never remember to do it in my dreams. im always too into the dream to remember. so wut exercises can i do to make me remember my rc's in my dreams?

Maybe that method is not suited for you. I strongly recommend trying WILD with WBTB, as well as DEILD (dream-exit initiated LD). There's no need for all of the RCing during real life for these methods.

Some are better at DILDs, but some better at WILDs. And WILDs are more realistic and reliable anyway.

If you can't go directly to sleep, maybe it would help some to read up on lucid dreaming or peruse your dream journal until you get drowsey.

also, don't forget... you have to relax! super important. the more stressed out about it you get, the harder it will be. picture going to bed with a "relaxed smile" on your face. except don't actually smile. that would be really creepy.
