No, that's MILD. DILD is when you recognize dream signs or anomalies in the environment or dream world. When you see something and think (eg) "Hey, bottles can't dance. I must be dreaming", that's a DILD.

Also once your in a DILD can you wake your self up like you can in a WILD?
Yes. All lucid dreams have the same potential. The main difference is in the way they are triggered or, "initiated".

Is it easier to get into a MILD or a DILD. MILD seems easier. But im gonna try DILD first tonight. Alright so look for unbeleivable stuff that cannot happen in real life. Such as bottles dancing and places not where they were before.

Also, so just like a WILD you can actually open your eyes back up when your dreaming. But if you do it in this you will no longer have the dream right? I want to try WILD but it seems too scary(Vibrating,Sleep Paralysis,Streaks of lights). WILD happens to me random and without doing techniques.

I'd do them both. They don't interfere with each other at all. MILD is just when you remember to recognize clues. For example, I may tell myself "The next time I see my friend Reggie I will know that I'm dreaming." That's so because Reggie is dead.

I'm kind of over-simplifying the techniques but those are the ideas behind them.

When you WILD, you have the same abilities you'd have in other LDs. Actually, WILDs tend to give many people even more control. So, yes, waking up "on purpose" is just as doable, providing you're lucid enough to think about it.

And don't be afraid of WILD. Many times you'll be successful and never even experience the vibrations, etc... Usually, when I WILD, I just enter a dream after being completely relaxed and focused on remaining conscious. WILD is best performed when combined with WBTB or just a brief awakening.
