Well, I haven't had success with FILD yet. You have to be in the most extreme level of tired. Like the minute you wake up just lay back down an try it. If you wake up naturally, don't get up. I have an idea that could help you. I'm working on it myself now. Read my latest post in attaining lucidity. post what you think. By the way dude, good luck and if you are looking to be "adopted" (the technical mentor program on this site) feel free to ask, i'm open. |

Were you dreaming at all? What was the dream like? Do you remember the dream? |

I was dreaming before I woke up |

Hmm I would try not to think of whatever it was you were doing before you went to bed as this might cause the dream to actually seem real and therefore not enduce a lucid dream. If you are going to sleep focus on your dream and your dream alone. Keep repeating a phrase over and over in your head as cue for your dream like. |

Sounds good, I'll give that a shot |
