What is the First Dream You Can Remember?

What is the first dream that you can remember? I was about 2 1/2. I know this because I have checked with my mom about how old I was when we lived in this house. I woke up and there was a black woman's head(she looked like Aunt Jemima) on the chest beside my bed. She was staring straight ahead and her mouth kept opening and closing and she kept sticking out her tongue. I covered my head with my sheet because I was too afraid to move. I peeked out a couple of times and she was still there still sticking out her tongue-over and over just staring straight ahead. Finally I gathered up my courage and sprinted out of the bedroom and got into the bed with my parents.
I guess this was a dream. It could have been a ghost!

I think the first dream I remember was when I was 4-5 years old. I had just watched the wizard of oz and I had this dream that I was in a house. Not so much my house though. It wasn't spinning like it was in a tornado or anything but my mom was in it too. I went to the balcony and all around me was infinite sky, even when I looked down. I suddenly had this weird impulse that I should jump off, I have no idea why >.> So I jumped off and in an instant I was speeding down towards infinity and I could feel the wind rushing past me, I got really scared and looked up at the house getting farther and farther, and at about this point I woke up and my eyes flew open.

To this day I suspect the dream was a hybrid of too much Super Mario 64 and the Wizard of Oz

It was dark and there was lots and lots of amniotic fluid... And that's all I can remember.

Just kidding. But now that I think about it... The only dream I can recall right now is from when I was four. It was a nightmare where my dad had become eighty years old overnight and was trapped in his bed.

I remember when I was very young I woke up (?) and found an old lady staring at me. She was sitting in a rocker that was floating a couple of feet above the floor.

She was only about 2 feet tall and I spent the rest of the night with the covers over my head.

I could have been dreaming (or like damnpamn.. it could have been a ghost)!

From my earliest memories, I remember being in a place, fully lucid, on many nights. There is a floor and ceiling but no walls - it goes on to infinity in all directions. The place is well let. It is empty, other than me and the sense that in spite of the emptiness I feel very claustrophobic. It wasn't terrifying, but it was not comfortable. It was also very boring.

I also remember dreaming about things and events and not being and being certain they were real later on. I would actually go looking for things I had dreamed we had in the house because I KNEW they were there someplace.

The earliest one I can remember was probably when I was about 4.

I entered a dark room only to be confronted by a massive lobster, which proceded to eat me. This recurring nightmare made me afraid of lobsters for quite some time.

I used to be synaesthetic when I was really little, so it's hard to remember what I was dreaming and what was just the synaesthesia. The earliest dream I remember for sure being a dream was when I was about 3 or 4 years old... I was looking down the hall from my bed, only the opposite wall was a stained glass window. This little purple furry goblin with big teeth leaned out from the laundry room and grinned at me, then started munching on a bar of soap. Yellow soap; I can remember how it smelled. I told it to go away and rolled over. For some reason, that dream had me waking up screaming for weeks afterwards.

I remember a dream when I was 1 1/2 years old (no kidding) I was in a crib in my room and I looked at the window where there were these creatures ( think of the old honey comb guy "me want honey comb" thing if you can remember this) Well they were crawling into my room and walking around the ceiling and walls. I woke up crying and said whatever I could about my dream to my mom, this actually my earliest memory, I've checked to be sure and I described my room perfectly.

It took place in my old neighborhood when I was about 4 years old and it was quite a crazy dream. I was in my backyard by this huge tree that was there and I was looking around and my eyes fell upon my neighbors fence which had vines and stuff kind of growing up it, it was a chainlink fence and I walked over and looked into their yard. They had this big circular wooden hut with an entrance and their was a huge ostrich that came out of nowhere and jumped over the fence and I stumbled backwards and fell onto the grown as it gazed down at me. I climbed onto the ostrich and it began running full speed jumping over one fence after the other until we were in the street. In then flapped it's wings and took flight (even though they cant fly ) and I began to fly over the neighbors houses, and that is about all I can remember of that dream.

I don't remember when it was, but I was walking around school on these painted lines. At one point the line turned to popcorn, with an orange popcorn bowl near. I had some. I looked at one of the classrooms, and suddenly everybody got up and rushed out the door. I thought the bell must have rang.

I noticed four identical cats on the floor, moving their heads in unison.

Then I was walking outside on the lines again.

There may have been earlier ones - I can't place times very well.

The earliest dream I can remember was a nightmare I had when I was around five or so.

I was at some place... I think it was supposed to be McDonalds, but the playground thingy place was as big as Chuck E Cheese's. Any kids perfect dream, right? Well I was crawling through the tubes in the playground and I came to a corner where there was a kid in my way. He was staring down into the corner platform, which was lower than the tube by a couple inches; the bottom of the platform was covered in orange goop, reminds me of the orange goop Nickelodeon had in their logo. The kid said "Don't touch the goop, it makes you act weird." or something like that. So I went off and played somewhere else, and when my mom called me to come out because we were leaving, I slipped in a puddle of the goop! T_T

The 'next day' my mom took me to a doctor. He made me sit at a picnic table and examined me, and I started changing shape! He told my mother and I that the only way to cure it was to eat a bunch of Cheerios. So there I was, crying and spooning Cheerios into my mouth while transforming into different alien shapes with a little 'poof' sound each time.

Yeah... O_o;; My dreams are kinda still just as weird. Overactive imagination, ne?

I can remember me being in bed on a station platform in the middle of the sea. Some people were standing on the platform, and it was quite wavy, and I started to slip off. That's all I remember.

The first dream I remember was from the age of 7, this dream also reoccurred until my early teens.
The dream starts at my old school where me and a few friends were being chased. We ran behind some outdoor tennis courts and swimming pool which were real places at my school. We then went over a fence outside the school boundries and found ourselves in a bustling medieval market. We were still in our school uniform and aware of still being chased. As we ran through the market we knew we were about to be caught, so jumped over a low fence into a pen. This pen was full of mud and pigs, but we kept our heads down and the people chasing us passed by. This is where the dream always ended. I must of had this dream dozens of times between the age of 7 and 13 when I then left the school I no longer had the dream. Its an odd one, as I loved being at the school and wasnt scared of anyone at the school, also in the dream I dont remember being scared, it was more like a great adventure. Also when I kept on having the dream I knew the outcome once it started and never tried to deviate from the inevitable outcome of ending up in the pig sty. I used to look forward to having this dream.
