Newbie to Lucid, but had them before.

I recently discovered this whole " lucid dreaming " deal while talking to my friend. We were just talking, and somehow we got onto the topic of dreams. I said.. " have you ever had a dream where you know you're dreaming? " And he explained. I checked out this site and here I am. I realized i was in a dream last week, so I intend to do it again! Thanks
