Hi (dont freak out cuz oif the name its just for fun lol) i recently found out of Ld´s and my firs idea was wow thats cool i wanna try. And So I began yesterday night, i started the relaxation and then when the sinking feeling and the numbness began i got so excited and my heart rate skyrocketed, and the simptoms dissapeard, it happended to me twice I was really upset so please can somebody tell me some secrets or hints to get my first ld thanks people

Well if you continued what you were doing you might have had a LD if you go to the tutorials section for WILD (thats what it sounds like you were doing) and it will give you many tips. Sounds like you need to control your breathing and your thoughts calm down a bit as well and clear your mind.

this happens to me too my heart so hard it was beating in my hands it was crazy my eyesight was pulsing and my breathing was irregular i wonder what it is its nice to know its just not me

Prolly got really excited causing your heart rate to speed up, if your breathing also sped up that would explain the heart rate. The Slower you breathe the slower your heart rate is give it a go when you read this and see what happens your breathing goes hand in hand with your heart rate. Slow down your breathing and your heart rate should decrease.
