I'm wanting to use a HILD-like technique to increase my dream recall, because right now it's really bad, and I was just wondering - does the technique work even if you're not saying all the things out loud? Like, can you just think the mantras and stuff instead? Because I live in a house full of people and me talking to myself inside my room, even if I wasn't talking very loudly, late at night would pretty much be heard by everyone =/ and it might be a bit hard to explain to my family that I'm trying to hypnotize myself to remember my dreams better without being sent to a shrink or something. xD |
