Well by the looks of things your putting too much pressure on yourself to become lucid, you are desperate for the WILD to work and this added pressure has the opposite effect and stops you, just take things slowly and don't let things worry you, even if its the tiniest of improvements, like you don't feel as nervous, thats an accomplishment. Hey, i tried WILDing for 2 weeks straight and got nothing except one night in which i became numb, but i came out of it easily, DILDs seem to be the only thing for me, just don't put pressure on yourself because it will have the exact opposite effect in which you desire. Good luck my friend and keep at it, just take things slowly and in moderation, maybe take a break for a couple of nights, just go to bed as you normally would. This is known to sometimes trigger lucid dreams by taking pressure off yourself. |
