      Arrow hi all, i just randomly had a lucid dream can u help me figure out what happened?

      it all happened one day last week
      i was coming home from virginia on a long drive when i fell asleep. in the dream i am walking around my cousin's house when i suddenly realise that i was sad to leave and i am in my car. then, i try to wake up and see a blue light and cant do anything for like 5 seconds. then i wake up. can anyone tell me what that was

      Sounds like a little brush with lucidity and then a bout of sleep paralysis as you tried to wake up before you body was ready to. The blue light? Probably hypnopompic imagry.
