      Question Any Pros Got Any Tips?

      Ive always had the ability to remember most of the content in my dream! even hours after when its not considered fresh in ones mind anymore! its quite handy...

      But i don't think ive ever been able to have lucid dreams...has anyone got any tips on how to do so?

      also...im doing an experiment to see what kinds of foods do what effect on my dreams...cheese has created some quite disturbing ones! lol

      does anyone have any recipe tips? :p

      I wouldn't claim to be an expert (in fact I'm a notal newbie),
